We were initially instructed to deal with the dilapidations at Beech House, after successfully getting a large settlement for landlords which saw us in mediation and spending a huge amount of time with our legal representatives.

We leased constantly with our letter agents and I’m pleased to announce we recently managed to let the whole building to a single occupier.
