successfully refurbish the vacant areas and the building became fully let.
We have also successfully overseen over three hundred thousand pounds of MNE improvements.

We were initially instructed to deal with the
dilapidations at Beech House, after successfully getting a large settlement for landlords which saw us in mediation and spending a huge amount of time with our legal
representatives.
We leased constantly with our letter agents and I’m pleased to announce we recently managed to let the whole building to a single occupier.

We were given a challenge to take on our first shopping centre and decided to go for it and we haven’t looked back.
The centre has an annual footfall of 3.6 million and over 40 shops with 30 staff on site.
